Everything seems to be there, maybe it's an issue of granting access to the file somehow on the plugin/application configuration? It worked fine on the manaburn workspace.

Include a morale system. Example: every time a character is hurt, (with or without a damage penalty thresold?), automatically run a mental+mental test. A critical failure or death may ask for a group morale roll.

Perhaps a reaction system would be welcome too? In the sense of rolling for reaction when first encountering a group of NPCs and/or monsters?

• Add a "freeform challenge" entry to the dungeon generation table (for example: a cave-in blocking a passage). Each challenge should have 1d4-1 preset solution to be found around the dungeon itself (dynamite, a portal or secret door to the other side of the caved tunnel, a hostile Giant who might be persuaded or forced to move the rocks...)
• Add the dungeon generation table from the book to the GM companion.
