So... I have to uninstall the iOS app every time I close it, and even after re-installing, if I press the phone icon in the bottom right hand it locks the app and I have to exit.

I am running Openvbx on a vps server with Cpanel. Can't seem to get the Iphone app to work, just says login is invalid, even though I am giving it the correct login. Everything else works fine through a browser. I have tried all of the suggestions that are posted online and still seem to have no success. I do have root access to my server if that helps at all. Also, app seems to randomly crash when you click next after entering the URL.

I'm having a problem in Openvbx iPhone deleting messages, changing the status or adding a note. It almost seems like a permission issue... Does anyone know if this could be the case and what files I would have to change the permissions on?

phoneNumber doesn't accept more than 10 digits.

Would it be possible to get Twilio Client support on the iPhone app? I.e. VoIP via cell/wireless connection versus using the device's number? This would allow non-phone iOS devices to be supported as well (iPad, iPod Touch, etc).

I'm willing to do this through our company, but would REALLY like Twilio to contribute also, and if they are not interested I at least want to know there will be timely effort by Twilio to test the updated code, and to accept the pull request and deploy to the app store.

OpenVBX has been one of the most stunningly disregarded projects by Twilio, and yet it is an incredible platform for business. We - at my companies - are committed to seeing Twilio - and this mobile application - continue to be usable.

Is there ANYONE at Twilio who will assist us with these efforts?

Hosting openVBX v1.1.2 r63 on webfaction as well. No odd characters in my password. 9 characters long.

I'm beta testing my OpenVBX install for commercial use with tenants. I'm testing with only one client at the moment, setup as tenant. They're signing on successfully using iPhone, however, the app is crashing on launch with continued use. This is a continuous crash, not intermittent. They have done a fresh install multiple times.

There is only one modification that I have implemented on my OpenVBX install. That is to add unique Twilio ID's to each tenant through a MySQL modification (which allows them to charge their own account and see their own numbers only).

Currently it uses the PSTN, it should use Twilio Client via the SDK

The last commit was "a year ago".

I have an iPhone 5 with Twilio installed on our Dreamhost server. Active with no issues on the web side of things, but since iOS6 was released, the iphone app keeps crashing. Anybody else with this issue. Will open once, then the next time it's ran it will crash. If you uninstall/reinstall the app, it will work the first launch, then fail after that. Its happening on the iPhone 3gs, 4, 4s, and the 5. Anybody else with these issues?

It is currently impossible to enter an international (+XXX) number in the iPhone application.

The app as it's committed won't build on XCode 4.2.1 with the iOS 6.1 SDK.

The reason for this is that the app has several binary libraries (PCRE and YAJL) that don't support the arm7s architecture (for iPhone 5), and so XCode refuses to build a new version of the app for an actual device.

You can still run the app on an iOS Simulator, because both libraries contain slices for the i386 architecture.

I could not get the iPhone app working and one of the issues suggested enabling mod_rewrite in the system config settings. Now I receive a 404 message anytime I try to access the OpenVBX application. I'm unable to disable mod_rewrite.

Slightly random want, to connect to the OpenVBX iOS app to a non-OpenVBX backend. Is there any documentation on doing this, or the protocols and request structure(s) the app makes?
