Disembark should remove them from the game when they return to the lobby.
Disembark should render a players cards forfeit to the discard pile.
Disembark may dismiss their points, though not change the play round counter.
(at which point the counter and total allotted points will be different.)

when a user has cards, the keep them on a new round.

When a player disembarks, thier session it still showing as part of the game. until they reload or close their session. This causes the state to wait for them to play even though they are not on the game board any longer.

The tap event plays the card immediately, even when trying to scroll and see other cards.

Instead, the first tap should show the card is selected on tap by "Growing it's size" and setting it's state to playable
tap again, or long press to "play" the selected card

• play is only available when a crd is in selected state

should interface the same for the czar when selecting a winning stack

The react- doubleClick event is used to pass the event down to a click handler. but perhaps if the first click/tap renders the card state as playable (with some color or ui and auditory change on the card) the same event could be utilized on mobile and desktop.
