辐射2RP 2.3.3 MOD 简体中文汉化工程

##前言 由于BN13的辐射2的RP2.2汉化工程弃坑太久又没有放出任何资源，所以只好自己开了个项目开始了这个漫长的远征

你要说工期……我也不知道我要用多久时间才能彻底汉化RP2.3.3的内容，不过有时间就更新一下

希望有人能加入这个工程中，彻底的将辐射2简体中文化 填补这个该死的大坑

提示：以上完成的文本可能不包含傻子的对话。

文本审查

  1. 由于英特卫当年汉化的原因，全角和半角符号、数字被混合使用，目前考虑根据实际情况将符号、标点、数字和英文同一。
  2. 特殊符号的检查，需要检查所有文本中的特殊符号是否能够被正常解析，以免符号解析失败错误导致的游戏崩溃。
  3. 文本格式、编码校对，以免括号缺失、乱码等错误，导致的文本错误。
