Generated AssemblyVersionInfo isn't marked as generated
The generated AssemblyVersionInfo.cs for legacy csproj files does not include any marker that it is generated code, thereby trigger code analyzers to treat it as if it was project code and potentially fail the build for stringent rules.
Simple solution is to update the targets file to include a header line:
<AssemblyVersionInfoGeneratedLine Include ="// <auto-generated/>"/>
Build doesn't support localized date time formats
The build tasks have an intrinsic assumption on the locale format for dates/times and fails when used with locales using other formats.
