Collection of all Jupyter (R and Python) notebooks created for Brain Commons demos.

The notebooks in this repository are designed to be easily exported to the Brain Commons workspace at data.braincommons.org:

1. Log in at the data portal, click WORKSPACE and select Start Server or My Server if you already started one.
2. Click Upload and export the notebooks you want to import.
3. Remember to import your credentials file. The credentials should be save in a file name credentials.json and located together with the notebook files. To obtain your file, go to the data portal, tab Profile and click Create API key
