I've searched but can't find whether or not it's possible to pass in options to a plugin using babel-cli. I can imagine that even if that's possible the option has to be string but that's not a problem since you can make a regular expression out of strings easily.

Also is this made for Babel 6? I'm relatively new to Babel but looks like ImportDeclaration has different parameters (possibly because this module was made for Babel 5, but I don't know anything about Babel 5 so don't know).

Anyway... tl;dr, if you can point me to a resource about passing options to plugins using babel-cli I'm happy to make a PR. Already for the rest working (with hardcoded /\.scss/ regex 😄 ).
