Currently our css styles will populate global scope, we should use css modular to avoid that.

Currently all messages are anonymous, I hope that in the message overlay we can have a toggle [with signature] and when toggled, a input box will show to add persisted signature.

For instance, without this toggle enabled, message will show as message.
With a preset by mTwTm signature, all message will be shown as message by mTwTm.
Once the signature is given, all future message will be utilizing the same prefilled input box with the last given signature, if [with signature] is enabled.

It seems that after Heroku relaunches, the DB is swiped out and reset to clean deployment
