Need to implement transactional queries structure.

Currently, periodForHealthCheckInMillis parameter takes a long value, we need to change this to Duration object.
Note: For backward compatibility, we need to deprecate periodForHealthCheckInMillis() method and need to add a new method which takes Duration parameter.

We need to implement a connection pooling for db connections etc. Also we need to implement db connect and disconnect features.

The project needs a readme file about how to use etc. But this task can be implemented after some development progress.

We need to add ci pipeline and code coverage tool for the project.

We need some annotations for model classes between DB columns. This feature needs also for mapping. Also, we need some builtin function for querying the database.

Currently, executeQuery return Mono, we need to convert that as a Flux.
