glog and Gtest zip files in the link provided doesnt unzip

Hence have to manually download both :

Could it be integrated in the shell script?

Line 29 in src/cppmetrics/core/utils.h should use universal_time instead of local_time to prevent sending timestamps with invalid offset.

Currently the library does not have any commit tagged with a version. The CMakeLists.txt indicates that the current version is 0.1.1. Can the current master branch be tagged to reflect this, v0.1.1?
