What does expSort field mean? What do values & null value represent?
Where does the value of the perCapita field come from?
Ask about null amount values in some entries?
Some budgets have missing years, why? Does that mean they keep using an older budget?
Why are some revenues + and some -? Why are some expenses + and some -?

What do null descriptions mean?

1. Remove observations where Fund # is greater than or equal to 400
2. Remove observations where Type == Revenue
3. Remove column Expsort
4. Fill missing values in Amount with 0

Save it in a new file Expence_budget

Budget data - eliminate unnecessary fields (Fund#-Name, AU All, budgetType)
