In our COSC 499 Capstone Software Engineering project, under the guidance of Dr. Barb Marcolin and in collaboration with two other COSC 499 teams, we are developing a digital platform dedicated to monitoring, computing, and graphically representing food waste data. This tool is tailored for small enterprises and non-profits seeking to quantify their food waste reduction for government grant applications or for their own records over time. Additionally, the website will facilitate connections and networking among organizations, enabling them to leverage each other's resources and services to enhance their food waste reduction efforts.

This team (Group B) consists of four fourth-year Computer Science students from UBC Okanagan, each with an assigned role for the project.
