As a SounderSIPS Operator, I can deploy my workflow to the Unity System, which will deploy the necessary steps (and required ancillary data) to the Unity processing system for future execution.

This is the major work item to get in place for use by the SounderSIPS Operators:

search CMR for Chirp Data (16 days)
stage-in all 16 days of data from the DAACs
process it locally,
Stage-out (write )data to a venue data bucket
Catalog the data in the shared Unity Data Catalog
This is separate from the publication of the workflows to ensure support for the the execution:

Job Submissions are not done via UIs- they are submitted from Jupyter or something else (curl) etc.
