does not work with 2019.3

I am new to unity and am trying to learn the DOTS workflows,

trying to run this along with the video but it does not build

I installed the latest version of the various dots packages, but still get a lot of build errors

  • type ComponentGroup not found
  • type ComponentDataWrapper not found (an ecs issue shows this renamed to ComponentDataProxy)
  • type EntityArray not found

etc etc etc....

please update the project or give guidence as to what needs to be installed to get this building.

Uses old code?

Not certain how helpful it is - with ECS being in flux - having repos that contain code that wont run on the current.

It's a confusing area anyway. Might be worth keeping these examples updated.
