What steps will reproduce the problem?
- start playing a video file
- try to seek forward by pressing the right arrow button
- wait till buffer is full and try it again
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video should skip a few minutes.
Instead I see XBMC does not know what the total play time of the video file is and does not seek forward.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS-1.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested it also on PMS-1.54 with the same result.
Seeking with ushare-1.1a does work but does not do any transcoding.
Seeking with plexmediaserver-0.9.6.3.143 does work which does also transcode.

Closing this because we need debug info and 1.3.0 was a long time ago so it may just be fixed now anyway
