Name field not rendered in some content types.

The template used for content types disables the name field (schema name) regardless which content types. In specific content type, the name field is required.

Layout issue

In each crop, the overview page contains image that is right aligned and creates unecessary negative space

Shrinking the header

Currently the header takes up a lot of space unnecessarily. We have already shrunk the header on the homepage.

TASK: The header on all pages other then the front-page should be reduced in height substantially. It should be smaller even then the front-page not larger.

Tripal 3: Upgrade the look of Tripal Content Pages

With the change to Tripal 3, we move from Tripal Node Types to Tripal Content Types (Entities). This change also has a small change in UI, which is that more then one Tripal pane can be shown at once. We would like to re-think the design of our content pages to take this new functionality into account.
