Currently, we would like the dropdown element on the choose_project.html page to be centered on the browser window. Does anyone know how to style the elements to accomplish this? All helpful is greatly appreciated!

Hello everyone,
I am not sure how to implement this yet. In tests.py, I have a test for the form_new route in the app.py. This route is supposed to test a user uploading a file to the site, then the app takes that data and adds it to the documents Collection and the "documents" field of the appropriate requirement. Does anyone know how to format the mock upload data, to properly mimic a the file upload data returned by request.files in Flask?
