`make key` fails because of escape characters
Problem
The command make key in Makefile creates a random byte-string and saves it as the SECRET_KEY into env/var/flaskr-instance/config.py.
It sometimes fails to do that, because it escapes e.g. \n, \r, what it should not do.
Solution
A solution is searched for, which prevents that error.
