cookiecutter-python-package's Issues

Adding buttons for Travis-CI and Coveralls

First off, thanks for putting this together. I think it exemplifies a workable approach to standardizing and simplifying implementation of USGS best practices for a Python project.

Would you consider adding an implementation of continuous integration or automatic code coverage checking? I'd even go so far as to recommend adding buttons for Travis-CI and maybe even coveralls.io to the readme. for example: [https://github.com/talbertc-usgs/pymdwizard] I'm a big fan of having this functionality automated and publicly visible, although I do realize there are other platforms commonly used such as appveyor, and maybe this functionality could be overkill for some projects.

I haven't used cookiecutter extensively so I'm not sure if there's a way to have optional components. If nothing else, I guess you could have a second branch in this repo that contains these components.

Just thinking out loud here...
