I would like to create service page as it is missing and make it more informative for the users. I am a GSSOC'24 Contributor kindly assign this issue to me.

Budget Tracking:
User Input: Allow users to set their grocery budget within the app. This can be done through a simple form where users input their desired budget for a specific timeframe (e.g., weekly, monthly).
Real-time Monitoring: Display a dashboard or summary page where users can see their current spending compared to their set budget.
Alerts and Notifications: Implement alerts and notifications to notify users when they are nearing their budget limit. These alerts can be sent via push notifications or emails, based on user preferences.
Budget Adjustment: Allow users to adjust their budget settings as needed. They may want to increase or decrease their budget based on changing circumstances or financial goals.
Personalized Shopping Lists:
Create Lists: Allow users to create multiple shopping lists within the app. They can create lists for different purposes (e.g., weekly groceries, special occasions, meal prep).
Add Items: Enable users to easily add items to their shopping lists. This can be done by scanning product QR codes, searching for items in a database, or manually inputting items.
Quantity and Notes: Allow users to specify quantities and add notes to each item on their shopping list. This helps users remember specific details or preferences for each item.
Remove Items: Allow users to cross off items as they shop and remove items they no longer need. This keeps the list organized and helps users focus on what they still need to purchase.
Enhancing the UI: making the site more interactive, user-friendly, and responsive. for eg. Interactive Dashboard Product Pages Forms, animate page transitions, hover effects on buttons, loading indicators etc.
Can add a dark theme button to add a more lively experience to users.

This feature proposes the addition of a "Back to Top" button functionality to enhance user experience in navigating through lengthy pages within the project. The "Back to Top" button would allow users to swiftly return to the beginning of the page, offering convenience and improved usability.
The proposed solution involves implementing a visually discreet yet easily accessible button, positioned at the bottom right corner of the viewport. Upon clicking or tapping, the button smoothly scrolls the page back to the top, providing a seamless navigation experience. The button's design will align with the project's aesthetic principles while maintaining clarity and functionality.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current file structure in our open-source organization's codebase lacks organization, hindering code readability and maintenance.
Describe the solution you'd like
To enhance efficiency, we propose structuring files into distinct folders: one for HTML files, one for CSS files (excluding index.css), one for JavaScript files (excluding index.js), and a folder for images.
Additional context
This approach streamlines navigation and upkeep, fostering better code management. Please assign this issue to me, i want to work on this issue, and resolve this as soon as possible.

This is what it looks like currently
I can make it look in this style
The repository currently lacks a CONTRIBUTING.md file, which is an important resource for guiding potential contributors on how to engage with the project effectively. A CONTRIBUTING.md file outlines the contribution guidelines, coding standards, and procedures for submitting pull requests, thus streamlining the contribution process and ensuring consistency across contributions.
Could you please assign this issue to me under GSSOC 24.
The current UI of the grocery selection form could benefit from enhancements to improve user experience and visual appeal. By making these improvements, we can create a more engaging and user-friendly interface for selecting grocery items. This will ultimately lead to a better overall experience for users interacting with the application.
Proposed changes
CSS Refinement: Update the CSS styles to improve readability, visual consistency, and alignment of elements.
Typography Enhancement: Adjust font sizes, styles, and colors for better legibility and aesthetic appeal.
Button Styling: Refine the styling of the submit button to make it more visually appealing and intuitive for users.
Background Image: Consider updating the background image or adjusting its properties to better complement the overall design of the form.
Accessibility Considerations: Ensure that the UI changes maintain or improve accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities.
I'm eager to contribute to this improvement and am willing to take ownership of implementing these changes. Please assign me this issue.

I would like to add a feature where if somebody is new to app they can take help or go to support for support , where users can talk to the support members and resolve their doubts via texting or calling. Please assign me this issue i would like to work on it under GSSoC'24
In the "Enforcement Guidelines" section, there is a grammatical error.
"Consequence: A warning with consequences for continued behavior." Here, the word "consequences" should be singular, as it is referring to the consequences of the warning.
The correct sentence must be "Consequence: A warning with consequence for continued behavior." I will make the necessary changes if the issue is assigned to me.
While there's nothing that is glaring out, it would be wonderful for users to understand the know-hows of the website in a better and structured manner.
The current about section is written in a single long(relatively) paragraph which makes it difficult for potential users.
By organising the information and adding a bit more context, users checking the documentation would be greatly benefitted!
I hence kindly request you to assign this issue to me, an aspiring web developer certified by freeCodeCamp in Web Design and have also interned at a company named Codsoft.

i would like to add feature which allow users to set a monthly or weekly budget for their grocery spending, where they can input their desired budget amount and choose their preferred time frame (e.g., weekly, monthly) along with providing visual representations of their spending patterns over time, such as graphs or charts showing monthly expenditure trends.

I want to add an FAQs section to this website.
Importance of FAQs section
A FAQ section on a website is vital for user experience, reducing support queries, and building trust. It offers quick answers to common questions, streamlining navigation and saving time for users. By addressing concerns upfront, it reduces the need for contacting customer support, optimizing resources. The section's clarity and organization enhance user satisfaction and credibility, showcasing transparency and care for customer needs. Additionally, FAQs contribute to SEO by incorporating relevant keywords. They serve as educational tools, empowering users with valuable insights into products, services, or industries. Ultimately, a well-structured FAQ section is essential for a user-friendly, trustworthy, and informative website.

👋 Hi @usha-madithati,
I am Prince, web developer Girlscript Summer of Code. I'll be collaborating with you on preparing your repo for GSSoC'24 Program
Why are these changes required?
After Analysing last year's contributions and feedback it would be great for students to have a couple of standard readme files on the repo to understand what the project is all about and some issues detailing what they can contribute. This will help you to see increased engagement in your repository as well.
As mentioned students get a chance to learn step by step, how to build this project as well as invite mentors to collaborate and add features to this repo. I will generate issues, which will provide guidance on how to prepare your repo for Girlscript summer of code 2024 on 10th May.
This issue will serve as a tracking issue to track all issues related to GSSoC'24. I recommend creating a new branch for every issue and opening a pull request to track changes so we can effectively collaborate with each other and merge changes when you and I feel like those changes are ready to be merged on your primary branch.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to leave a comment on this issue or any of the other issues that are generated.
I look forward to working with you
The "Set Up and Installation" section can be elaborated and explained well for better understanding. Also the text of the GSSoC logo could be improved.
I am interested to make the contributions. @usha-madithati Please assign the issue to me ma'am.
In GSSoC'24, GitHub Topics will help the discoverability of your project.
I see that you already have great topics on your repository!
I would recommend adding the name of the company like the software you use to build like "vs-code, ghdesktop" to improve your discoverability.
If you are happy with the topics you have, feel free to close this issue. 👍
I can add an image slider which will interact with the user as they land on the home page
An image slider looks attractive and makes the web page visually engaging and user friendly. We can toggle among multiple images that can display different purposes of the website, call-to-action buttons. Image sliders can be used to tell a visual story and take visitors on a journey. It will overall improve aesthetics, usability, and effectiveness of the website.
I have shared SS of image slider, I have implemented in my project.
Describe the Feature you want to end
Currently, the issue template for this repo seems to be basic also it is less visually appealing.👇
Changes I will make

Will add issue forms to the respective issues to make it easier for the contributor to raise it.
Here is an example of how a Bug Issue Form will look like 👇
As the maintainer of a Collaborate repo, keeping Issues up-to-date will help the student community understand what they can do to contribute. Issues should vary by the easy (update documentation) to the difficult (add a new feature). The more involved you are, the more opportunities there are to collaborate.
Recommendations:
Add issues of varying difficulty to the repo often. you must add the tag GSSoC'24, Level 1, Level2, Level 3 good first issue etc.
How we cacluclate the Scores on Leaderboard: Every PR one point
Level 1: 10 points
Level 2: 25 points
Level 3: 45 points
Try to add some documentation issues as well it would be easy for beginner contributor to explore opensource through your repo.
Generate issues even if you plan on solving them, so the repository appears as active.
Contribute/commit often to the repo so it does not go stale.

As the contributor count rises on the repo, it becomes increasingly challenging for maintainers to personally greet and encourage each contributor for their valuable input. Equally important is the reminder for them to review the project's contribution guidelines.
The goal of this feature request is to implement a footer across all pages of our project repository. The footer should include essential links, such as the project's home, about us, documentation and relevant social media channels.
The footer adopts a clean and minimalistic design to maintain consistency with the project's overall aesthetic.
It utilizes contrasting colors and clear typography for improved readability and accessibility.
The layout is responsive, ensuring optimal viewing and interaction across various devices and screen sizes.
I want to really contribute to change the UI of the existing NavBar to a more unique and attractive one..Also make it more user friendly.Kindly assign this task to me.

Issue templates are very helpful for a collaboration repo. When users identify a bug or want to add a new feature, you can provide templates so you can collect all the pertinent information you need to fix a bug or add a new feature.
We recommend creating a “Report Bug” and “Feature Request” issue template.
you can refer this: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository
Some suggested prompts/questions you can add to a “Report Bug” template are:
Briefly describe the bug
What is the expected behavior?
Please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce the bug
Some suggested prompts/questions you can add to a “Feature Request” issue template are:
Briefly describe your feature request
What problem is this feature trying to solve?
How do we know when the feature is complete?

The html page contains meta tag to improve the seo for ex : adding the meta elements like meta description, meta keywords, then meta author to improve the seo problem✨
Learn repos should have a LEARN.md file to teach student how to build your project step by step. You can explain how to build your project with text, code snippets, images, or even short (5 minute) long video lessons. As the maintainer of a Learn repo, the LEARN.md file requires you to think critically about how to explain the building of your project and how to also make it engaging. We don't expect you to be an expert teacher, but we would like you to reflect on how difficult it was to get to your level of knowledge, and then provide friendly guidance to help other students to learn.
