"grab an user" should be "grab a user"

Hello,

When a validation error occurs on the value of a custom field, the user don't have information about what field caused this error.

In report.php
report.custom_field.values => 'Please enter a valid value for one of your custom form items.'

should be something like
report.custom_field.values => 'Please enter a valid value for the "%s" field.'

This is for all languages.

Edit: The only file where this error is involved is ushahidi-master/application/helpers/customforms.php on line 299 and the field name is always provided. We just loose the information with the translation.

Is there any existing lib/tools to convert translated php file to po?

I really like the way it is integrated into FB for each status update....would be nice to have the same for reports.
Use Case: Ability to get the gist of reports on a map in a different language. This separate from the translation of the platform itself.

Hello I'm Oscar Ortiz, developer software at Bogota-Colombia, I Think about this project, because not use XML how the source the information of other languages, I think very easy modified a any language, easy change the comments and flexible, the person works with .net is costumbre use a file call xxxxx.resx, allow many interoperability with others plataform for unified text for all version, plataform and utilities.
