Update the obsolete README.md for the purpose of our current project.

Note - This link might be helpful for beginners for writing README.md files.

When using -l or --lang flags and when using legal languages, the output is still in default language.

The output files voiceclips.wav get merged to audio_book.wav in an apparently random order.

Output shows the said error saying that the file already exists. Previous purge required.

Using FFMPEG to convert to .mp3 would be a good enhancement for reduced file size for our text-to-speech purposes.

The script gives the said error on execution.

Change %05d to %03d in line 145 and 146. %03d should be more than enough for our purpose.

The program file name doesn't match with our repository name.

Sequential write speed of our Raspberry Pi 3 with 16GB class 4 microSD card is slow. See if we can redirect the output .wav files to stdout and pipe them to ffmpeg from there.
