Attachment's are not received on agent's mail

Steps follow to find bug :

Ticket Reply by customer mail receives to agent
Reply by customer is added by attaching files, which mail is received by agent but not found files

Also placeholder <% ticket.attachments %> is mention in email template still attachments not received.

Enable or disable customer sign in option or ticket create options not worked

By moving to knowledgebase section :- options available to remove sign in button from knowledgbase will not worked if authorized user disable that option as shown below snap :

Case 1:

Select for remove sign in button : -

At knowledgebase it will not remove :-

Also check same for the ticket create option and Remove powered by uvdesk option

Add global placeholder in email templates

Add placeholders such as company logo, company URL and company name, also these placeholder should be shown for all selected action (i.e; nothing selected, ticket, user).

company global placeholders must be shown only for placeholders list attached with email template body part not for subject part as shown below :

Cancel icon with each multiple files are not shown or also confirm dialog box should be highlighted when remove file

1. Press control key and select files and attach them , then only single cancel button is shown with first attached file instead cancel button should be shown for all files

2. Confirm box should be highlighted when remove any attached file.

These customization is needed for all pages where we can add attachment as below :

  1. Ticket create from knowledgebase / By customer login / Reply to ticket from customer panel and knowledgebase
  2. Ticket create from backend / Agent create ticket / Agent Reply to ticket

Issue while fetching mails on helpdesk

User setup their mailbox and swiftmailer from mailbox and swiftmailer settings panel but when run command to fetch mails on helpdesk; support mail id will not get identified .

Duplicate reply added to old ticket when fetch new ticket from mailbox

Test Scenario:

  1. Send mail to support email
  2. fetch that email as ticket to helpdesk by executing refresh command
  3. Send mail again to support email
  4. Fetch the last email as ticket to helpdesk by executing refresh command
  5. Result : we will get the ticket which was created in step 2 and step 4 in which duplicacy occurs for ticket created in step 2.

Search bar should trim spaces(Before and After Query set)

Search ticket based on below keyword : -

Cases :

In all of the above Case : Actual output
Result set will be changed

Desired Output :
Result set should not be changed in any case

Bug :
If String contains before and after spaces should be trim.

File attachment limit exceed

Mention the maximum limit (25 MB or below) while attaching file to the ticket, also specify the warning message for the following :
