• Maximum length of each plate per year
• Maximum length of each chunk per year

There are two ways to do alice now. One is to use both the 0-200 and 0-550 model and the other is to use just the 0-550 model.

We should make alice tables for both variants, possibly as stored separate databases. Although the 0-200 model is higher-res, I could see many people having reservations about mixing two models of differing quality.

You should also make longitude equivalents, but that is lower priority. You could technically extract the regular length_year_matrix from the by plates version, but better to just generate separate versions.
