Implement the functionality to add two numbers

Subtraction would be a nice feature

Implement the functionality to find the nth power of a number.
Accept two numbers, a and b and return a^b.

Implement the functionality to divide two numbers, accept input from the user divide the first by the second.

@bolivthom merged the python file with the git heads in there please correct this.

rebase off master and break up the code into functions.

We should be able to multiply two numbers as well

The print out statement should be corrected with a plus sign.
