As twitch deprecated v3 of the api (https://discuss.dev.twitch.tv/t/twitch-api-v3-and-v5-deprecation-updates/19144), grabbing the top streams from twitch no longer works. A very simple solution is to change ?api_version=3 to ?api_version=5. Twitch recommends switching to their new api which uses headers, but for probably the next year or more this solution will work fine
