Allow both Gatsby 4 and Gatsby 5, upgrade dependencies.

I want to spully multiple values for a Contact field (and possibly other fields as well).

From the RFC:

Unless otherwise specified by the field definition, multiple values MUST NOT be chained together for a single field. Unless otherwise indicated in a definition of a particular field, a field MAY appear multiple times.

So, IIUC, the final result should have multiple Contact: ... lines, each with one contact method. But, from reading the docs of this plugin, it seems that the options (including the contact field) are given as an object, with string values. So, how I should provide multiple values for a single field?
