warn Plugin gatsby-source-pocket is not compatible with your gatsby version 5.2.0 - It requires gatsby@^4.0.0

After posting a few tickets / PR for https://github.com/conradj/gatsby-source-pocket I got a reply from @conradj saying he had no plans for further development of the plugin. He recommended me to fork it and continue support it as a separate project.

So here we go under the new name "gatsby-source-pocketapi"!

As agreed, could you please indicate in the README.md of your project that the community has a chance to continue developing the plugin here at https://github.com/Vacilando/gatsby-source-pocketapi

First task: update the codebase to reflect the change of the name and its original author.

Pocket API seems to have a limit of 10k items per request. In any case, fetching 10k requests takes considerable time, and it times out sometimes.

It would be much better to fetch large archives (eg 35k in our case) using several requests with a smaller limit (of eg 5k).
