Without hampering speed/memory to include either of them 

EMAC Driver doesnt support SPI Flash read .
So it generates Random MAC each time ,causing DHCP
to allocate different IPs on each run.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Uimage

2. NFS Boot using following parameter 

setenv bootargs 'console=ttyS2,115200n8 noinitrd rw 
ip=192.168.0.125:192.168.0.1:192.168.0.1:255.255.255.0::eth0: root=/dev/nfs 
nfsroot=192.168.0.101:/flash/nfs1'


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This appears though the network has set static IP
Configuring network interfaces..[fail]
