User command:
!platform pc and psn

Bot responds by setting the role to PC and confirming the role change. Instead an error should be given out and a description of the correct usage. All commands should check for too many arguments.

Bot should compile a list on startup of all members. Leaving members should be removed from the list and joining members added.

• Commands that work only on the server should only be accepted if the author is a guild member
• Commands that work independent of servers, should work for anyone

The current background is neat but could be more subtle. The gray background of the content pillar could use a little more detail on the other hand.
