[FeatureRequest] Repo-integrated chats with stored and committed history

I would like to run scopeChat within a repository of mine, so that developers and interested parties can chat about features, debugging, etc. and have the chat history tracked alongside the code.

A simple implementation of this idea would be to output a new chat log for each session in some sub-directory of the main repository. scopeChat itself could be contained within this folder, as well. Then, the next time a user pushes to the repository, the newly pushed chat logs will be associated with the commit to which they are relevant.

Ideally, the nicknames used in the chat would be identical to each user's GitHub username.
