it only works when the database is completely deleted and rebooted. after deleting the tables, this error is returned while running the project again.

@mehmetkoca when you use PostgreSQLEnum, a type representing the enum is created in the database. Just dropping tables will not revert this change. You can use Fluent's revert functionality (which will call Role.revert and correctly remove the type) or, as you said, drop and recreate the database.
Closing this issue since this is expected behavior. Hopefully this issue will help anyone that runs into the same problem, though!
