It seems that the first load of any view is very slow. Is that a known issue or something I'm doing wrong?

In the sample Layout UserView, the page-{page} css class from the IdentityServer html assets wasn't converted to Razor, so the razor engine generates a literal "page-{page}" class.

This code does not work.

// Specify custom viewService adn corresponding ViewLoader

It get a FileNotFoundException.
I replaced it with follow:

            fac.ViewService = new RazorViewServiceRegistration(
                new RazorViewServiceConfiguration(
                    new Registration<IRazorViewLoader>(
                        x => new DiskViewLoader(new[]
                        {
                            Path.Combine(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory, "Views"),
                            Path.Combine(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory, "Views/Shared")
                        }))));

It works.
I place cshtmls in ~\Views\Shared folder.
It there anything I did not notice?

The LoggedOutViewModel has three properties, AutoRedirect, AutoRedirectDelay, and RedirectUrl, that are used for automatically redirecting the user after they've logged out. IdentityServer handles this in Angular, but it isn't being handled with the RazorViewEngine.
