really good plugin but I've found out that when you add the plugin to an editor build as a built-in plugin the image toolbar appears in the wrong position underneath the image

This is the plugin installation code:

any idea why?

When I add this plugin, the ImageResizer plugin doesn't work anymore. When I click on the image, the toolbar goes all way down and I can't resize the image anymore.
