Loading on login

In LoginActivity, put a "loading" view while signing in

Require WiFi only to retrieve Ip Address

Don't wait for wifi connection, but only when IP address is actually necessary

Device Groups

We should add the possibility to create device groups:

the view should be split between the group list and the device list.
Each group should have the power toggle, which sets the power state for the entire group.
The group power state is AND between each group member power state.
A group can be created by selecting items in the list with a hold on them (or a selection mode) and then clicking on a + button to create a group, which starts a new Activity

Should we always search for devices?

App setup may be really slow. We may switch the app behaviour to scan for devices ONLY when the user requires it, and first login on first interaction.

Remove isReachable on device finder

We should remove the isReachable call in the device finder since it's not going to add anything useful on the device finder
