Change from React logo to lab logo.

Should have the hamberger logo (i.e. a few lines stacked on top of each other) instead of a white box.
Also the menu should automatically close when a link is clicked.

If there's an easy way to remedy the long thin columns of text when the screen width is reduced, this would be nice. Not high priority because the site actually works well on mobile already so this would only matter for minimized desktop windows or tablets.

Instead of writing the publications out by hand, we should use something like member ORCIDs or their Google Scholar.
