Custom alarm sound
The bundled sound gets a bit annoying so it would be nice to be able to configure it to some user specified mp3.
Start daemon automatically on login
Now the user has to run some command, like alarm -l to trigger a start of the daemon, which is easy to forget if you have recurring alarms and restart your computer.
Scheduler is not updated after triggering alarm with no recurrence
The alarm will be deleted from the database, but the scheduler's list of alarms is not updated. This makes alarms with no recurrence act like daily alarms if there's no other changes that trigger an update of the scheduler.
Different notifications beside sound
One could imagine email, sms, push notification (with an accompanying app), etc.
