Make this a stream transform along the lines of split so it's possible to do:

fs.createReadStream("my-file.txt")
  .pipe(cav([6,7,8]))
  ...

In this case there would be need to be another method for normal, non-stream parsing, maybe:

var parser = cav.parser([6,7,8]);

Im my use case the spaces are very important.

Would u accept a PR on adding an option for avoiding the trim() part?

BTW, very handy module!
