Swap out requests & websocket-client with httpx? Might be awesome.

This is in base64 encode/decode which now expects strings.

Currently the payloads must be flat. This is probably a place to use a generator, need to iterate thru a nested python dictionary for base64 encoding: https://stackoverflow.com/a/10756615

import sickserv in setup.py makes a pip install error out if the dependencies aren't installed

/rekey -> /quit -> reconnect results in decrypt error

Need to clear out key_table on client disconnect.

Just realized that keys in python dictionaries don't necessarily have to be strings. This should be a simple fix:

>>> d = {os.urandom(16):'foo'}
>>> d
{b'\xf1\x1c\xe7\xf5\xd8k\xb8}\x8e\xed\th\xa4\xb5mt': 'foo'}
