ember-tutorial's Issues

coffee paragraphs don't parse ticks correctly

There are some paragraphs wrapped with a class of coffeescript (probably because of the JS/Coffee toggle?) and the markdown inside them seems to behave a little differently, specifically the ticks aren't turning into <code> like they do outside the <p> tags.

An example of this is here:
https://github.com/vicramon/ember-tutorial/blob/master/chapters/hello-world.md#making-ember-work

Just above that section a paragraph starts "Ember Rails generates..." and the ticks aren't working correctly.

Potential Confusion Due to RVM Dependancy

Hi!

First off: Thanks for this. Really enjoying this so far.

Just a small comment: In the hello world section, the instructions assume the user has RVM installed on their system, while they might not or might be using rbenv. Just a potential source of confusion for new users.

Once again, thanks for this great resource!
