Does this issue occur in only one tap too，or multiple tags?

For me this issue occurs specifically when you have more than one tab open and you have one tab selected (it can't be the last) and try to hover over the arrow that appears in the top right corner near the close button to close the last tab

As I found it is not related to the theme but to firefox only if you moved the new tab button to the titlebar this is not a theme bug

Do you have the same issue when click on menu then move window the menu refuses to come again!?!?!?
