rdid

Preparation

Git clone sender and receiver projects.
- Web Chrome Sender (you need to REPLACE APPID in your code)
  https://github.com/vincentma/CastVideos-chrome
- Receiver
  https://github.com/vincentma/googleads-ima-cast
Host those 2 projects on a your web server.
Register a new Receiver AppID in Google Cast Developer Console.
Replace the new AppID into the sender project.

Steps to Test

Open Chrome browser
Click Cast Button (as shown in attached)
Open Chromecast Receiver Debugger.
Click "rdid" button (as shown in attached)
Observe the "ads" request in the Debugger Network tab. The "rdid" is not expanded.
