tpms-advanced's Issues

Different pressure limits for front and rear tyres?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I bought a third party TPMS system from A****press but I can't find an Android app (Atoto head unit) which lets me set different pressure warning levels for front vs rear tyres.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to set warning levels for both front and rear axles (in my case, 2.2 front and 2.0 rear).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not a programmer, so I've only tried pre-existing apps from the Play Store.

Additional context
I don't have much information about the system, except they are Bluetooth, transmitting on a frequency of 433.92MHz. The stock Atoto TPMS app recognises them, but I can only set one pressure limit.

Here is the kit I bought:

Can not add a two sensor package via QR code

Due to the fact that a motorbike or a single axle trailer only has two wheels, I've ordered a package with two sensors for my motorbike. There was a one-click-binding QR code shipped with it, that only contains the address of two sensors instead of four.

Your QR code scanner logic only accepts a four code QR code text like '11AD8B&21563D&31A4F0&41A552' from your QR code sample. As mentioned my delivered code contains only two sensor addressed and looks like '1244BD&22191C'. I also attach the picture of the QR code card delivered at the bottom.

Could you please enhance the QR code scanner to also accept only two sensors, especially for the vehicle types 'motorbike' and 'single axle trailer'? Would be much appreciated.

Additional variety of vehicles - Trailer/Caravan

Hi Vincent,

This is not an issue, but a request.

I have just ordered a set of sensors and was wondering if you were able to add a different variety of vehicle. I want to use these sensors on a Tandem (4 wheel) caravan), My tow car has TPMS built in so I don't need them for the car.

Thanks

Support for Bluetooth low energy TPMS

Could you kindly look to support BLE (Bluetooth 5 low energy) tyre pressure devices. They use 8 digit hexadecimal identifiers and are normally paired over Bluetooth rather than by scanning a QR code and are paired one by one.

Here are 2 sample IDs, note they aren’t ordered 1,2,3,4 like those already supported.

Thanks!

15 Psi offset

Describe the bug
For me there is a 15Psi (atmoshperic) differnce compare to the SYTPMS app. (pecham sensor)
Currenly showing:
TPMS-Advanced: Front: 47 psi Rear 51 psi
SYTPMS: Front: 32.2 Psi Rear: 36.3 Psi

Expected behavior
Not shure wich one show the correct value when the tyres are inflated, I have not verified it with another device.
