I'm working on this. I'm trying to balance the right stuff in README.md and FAQ.md. I forked a repo this morning. My wish is a README that has you clone, configure, run, and see data quickly. I'm working through the issues to get there first and then modify README. Later extract the "best" questions for the FAQ.
