4. Capture Video to H264 MP4 video on any Windows OS. (need purchased MP4 Encoder plugin) SnapShot to Bitmap, JPEG, Bitmap Handle, PictureBox from TV Tuner Cards, Web Cams, Capture Cards.

5. Add Picture in Picture effect or video mixing effect, Video Capture mixing image file or mixing four Video Capture devices in same time, Alpha blending (transparency) support for each video capture device/image.
