I tried to use your code with my docker-compose.yml and even without any changes and it doesn't work for me on Ubuntu 20.04.
Perhaps, you could take a look at it and give me some advice? How I can debug it?

The site works well on http://my-wordpress-blog.local:8080/ Admin Dashboard shows the site not ready for HTTPS.
On https://my-wordpress-blog.local:8080/ I have the next error:
This site can’t provide a secure connection my-wordpress-blog.local sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
