Hi @vishhvaan, I'm quite new to electronics and reading circuit diagrams, so bear with me. I wasn't able to find the photodiode symbol in the schematics.pdf file. Do you mind pointing out where it is?

What's the best way to contribute code for other experiments, like just keeping OD constant? As far as we here can see one would need to copy over master.py, but only modify the function control_alg. That seems not ideal as there would be a lot of code duplication.

Line 3 of file "/webui/conf/runners/off_pumps.py" requires specified super user. Should be changed from;

"script_path": "su -c ./pumpsledoff.py -s /bin/sh vishhvaan",

to;

"script_path": "pumpsledoff.py",

Hi @vishhvaan, this is a very interesting project. I'm attempting to locally reproduce it. I've noticed your are pushing changes and updating versions (most recently a v4.5). To make an easier transition from the published paper "A Low-Cost, Open Source, Self-Contained Bacterial EVolutionary biorEactor (EVE)" and this repro, can I suggest you add a Changelog detailing updates/changes to the project?

Hi I'm using VNC Viewer to control my Raspberry Pi from my laptop. I've ran the setup script and am now trying to access the web interface but going to http://localhost on the browser on the Pi is not working. It just says "This site can't be reached". Do you have any idea what might be goin on/some workarounds ? Also let me know if there is any other information I can provide which would be helpful.

Hello! I'm am making progress on replicating this project, but realized the PEEK tubing I have doesn't fit my other tubes. So, instead I am using the small silicone tubing in its place (I'll provide a picture next week) - that is, I have 3" silicone tubing entering the vials with leur locks on the end. Do you forsee any problems with not using the PEEK tubing?

In st_eve.sh comment out that system will reboot or actually reboot.

Should this file have default values?
