Is there a way to tweak the overall gain of the output? like if you want the background audio to duck a little for sound effects?

It would be great to be able to save the songs.

I love using your AutoTracker as background music as I work. Sometimes I noticed that the next pattern is very different and it can be startling. I would love a feature to enable an option to change less per new pattern.

For example;
You start with no seed provided and it generate a seed of [0x020102A4CD0887CB0B]
When that has played, if the option is checked, only one digit changes therefore making it sound like the same song but only changing one thing. The seed is now [0x050102A4CD0887CB0B]
Once this one has played, the next change is again minimal, like [0x050102A46D0887AB0B]

To make it more usable to more people, you could even make it a slider to choose how much 'randomness' to include in the next pattern.

I would try to make this change myself in a Fork but I am not much of a software developer.
If you do not want to do it, I totally understand. I love your program either way.

The first section of 0x060100700177277B40 is completely empty (and the second section only has 1 instrument). Seems like it would be good to avoid silence.

But really, I just wanted to open this issue to say that this thing is absolutely amazing! It sounds like authentic chiptune music that would fit into an old video game just fine. The code seems so simple, but the results are just... incredible.

I've been listening to this autotracker and I think it's really amazing!

I've been searching far and wide for something like auto tracker that can make lofi hip hop type beats, but is also open source.

I found this one, https://lofigenerator.com/ which does exactly what I love, where it sounds great, changes songs automatically (like autotracker) but sadly this one isn't open source nor self hostable...

Would you be interested in possibly making a lofi version of the autotracker? Or something similar?

You seem like a very talented person and I'm not quite sure who to ask about this.

I could possibly pay you to develop it? (nothing too crazy though)
