Sometimes, not always, the transcription are behind a dark filter. So difficult to read during the meeting.

I would request not to use outside sources such as this repo for messages inside the extension.

It is unnecessary and dislike the requirement to talk to external services on a private tool.

Since few days it seems the extension is not working anymore.
The automatic download is set on, but after a meeting, there is no download and when I click on "Download last meeting transcript", I get the exact same file as my meeting on the 04/07/2024.
So it seems there is no more caption.

I have the last version 2.1.3

Move captions to a side and implement de ability of seeing them or not , would be comfortable. Just a suggestion . Thanks !

Add the version in the Main window:

The transcript generated for a 30 min meeting recorded only the first 10 minutes.

When we have a meeting, the transcription is in live correcting the text, but it seems the caption of the transcription is not the last version of what was said.

I have for exemple:

Here the text is not understandable, but, when I was looking the live captions, the text was understandable.

As written in another issue, I use for Teams meeting another Extension (https://github.com/Zerg00s/Live-Captions-Saver ) and I get the last version of each caption.
So maybe they implement something specific to get this last version.

Thanky a lot for the Google Meet extension :-)

I had a meeting, starting at about 09:00 and endding at 09:42.
When I downloaded the "last transcription Meeting", I got very few transcriptions, only from 09:00 to 09:06.

With Teams Meeting, I'm using this extension: https://github.com/Zerg00s/Live-Captions-Saver and I don't have this issue.
Maybe you could find some ideas for this Teams Extension for your Google Meeti Extension.

Auto-download transcriptions will be a great feature.
