We should get a multi-threaded UDP server that can handle 3+ connections up and running. Not necessarily with JSON parsing yet, it can just be an echo server, that echoes at a reliable interval and echoes the most recent message sent by each connected client.

To start a game players should choose their ship names, and we should probably have some kind of abstraction to support multiple games occurring at once.
